Service. HosaManey is a property listing and brokerage platform. We connect property owners and buyers and provide related assistance (site visits, documentation support, loan and legal referrals).

Listings. Sellers confirm that the information and photos they submit are true and that they have the right to sell/rent the property. HosaManey verifies listings to the best of its ability, but final legal due diligence is the buyer's responsibility. Measurements, boundaries shown on maps, and area calculations are estimates and not substitutes for official survey documents.

No direct contact promise. Owner contact details are kept private. All transactions are facilitated through the HosaManey team.

Fees. Listing a property is free. HosaManey earns a service fee/commission on successful transactions, communicated before closing.

Third-party services. Loan and legal assistance are provided through partner professionals; their terms apply to their services.

Liability. HosaManey acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes between buyer and seller, title defects, or losses arising from decisions made using information on this site. Nothing here overrides rights available to you under Indian law.

Acceptable use. Do not post false listings, others' property without consent, or unlawful content. We may remove listings or refuse service at our discretion.
